the common practice reflects my belief that good work is not built on heroic effort, but on thoughtful, simple ways of operating that reflect how people actually work.
My work has always lived at the intersection of systems, people, and meaning.
Before launching the common practice, I spent over a decade in operational and strategic leadership across nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and founder-led environments. I’ve led teams, redesigned systems, supported major organizational transitions, and helped translate vision into something sustainable.
I’m a certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, and much of my consulting centers on helping organizations design systems that are both practical and humane and that support the work without overwhelming the people doing it.
Alongside my consulting practice, I’ve founded and operated multiple businesses, including ventures in hospitality and international trade. That experience continues to shape how I work: pragmatic, attentive to real constraints, and oriented toward solutions that hold up in everyday operations.
I grew up in Thailand, an experience that formed my attentiveness to context, culture, and the many ways people make meaning in their work and lives.
I’m also a trained spiritual director. While that is a distinct practice, it reflects how I approach all of my work with care, curiosity, and respect for the complexity people carry.
These days, I’m based in London. On a typical Friday night you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, mixing a new cocktail, dancing somewhere with my wife Jess, or happily doing very little on the couch with her and our dog, Remy.
